I really liked how easy it was for me to jump into the program whenever I had time, even just from my phone. I’m not the kind of person who wants to deal with a bunch of complicated setup, so I appreciated that the lessons were simple to find and I never felt lost.

I was dealing with dizzy spells almost every day, which made normal stuff like walking around the house or running errands feel annoying. Since trying Neural Balance, it’s been happening a lot less often. I still get a little woozy here and there, but overall I feel more steady and more comfortable getting through my day.

It did help bring my pain down a bit, so I’ll give it credit for that. But the pain is definitely still there, which is frustrating. I kind of feel like the goalposts keep moving, first I was hoping for real relief, now I’m just settling for “less bad.”

I still found myself reaching for the walls to steady myself, which was frustrating. For the price, I expected at least some improvement. Maybe it helps other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth it.

It might be easier if the steps were more simple and laid out better. Not terrible or anything, just kinda confussing for me.

The movements felt really safe and weren't too pushy. I liked that it didn’t make me feel like I had to rush or do anything that hurt. Some parts were sorta slow for me, but overall it felt careful and easy to keep up with. I’d give it 4 stars.
